TEAM MEMBER SUPPORT
​

What sets Damascus apart from others staffing solutions is our commitment to walk with our employees, even after they've been placed at your organization.  If acceptable to the organization, we will visit our workers on their lunch hour to check in, continue teambuilding, and take the edge off any concerns they may have in transitioning to the work culture.

 

ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT

If your organization supplies full-time work for 30 Damascus workers at one time, Damascus will provide onsite support to your workplace. The Damascus staff person will check in with the employees, provide assistance with workplace issues and questions and help maintain a consistent support system for your workers.

 

PERSPECTIVE/AWARENESS
​

Management staff is cordially invited to PRISON. Join us on the inside for perspective on who is actually incarcerated, how we are building community there and who might be your next great worker. Really.

 

INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION AND TROUBLESHOOTING
​

Damascus workers are required to attend both training and orientation before they are eligible to work for your organization. We partner with various agencies in the community that specialize is workforce readiness, personal responsibility and life skills. Once a worker is part of the Damascus Team, we meet with them on an ongoing basis to reinforce our commitment to their success and circumvent any obstacle that may present an impediment to work.
